You know I life there’s just some rabbit holes that are acceptable to go down and some that you should plainly should not. For example planning future trips to a faraway oasis is okay. Looking up both vegan and truth in the same sentence not a good idea. With this blog the hope is to focus the randomness information I have and also the burning questions that not only I have, but also everyone else’s.

I suppose keeping with the food theme from my last post. I will give a general idea of my morning/ general what I consume in a day list; since a lot of people dig that kind of thing.

4am: I typically don’t eat first thing in the morning partially due to the fact I’m still waking up and I’m not necessarily hungry enough to warrant eating such a heavy meal.

6am: I finally after 2 cups of iced coffee (don’t judge I’m a 20 something and yes I’m rounding down adult) I finally open up my premade smoothie bowl from the night before and I tend to be protein heavy here since I won’t eat until close to 11 or 12.

Protein Bowl:

Kale/ Arugula generous handful

Frozen mixed berries ehh nice shake?

2 frozen bananas

Scoop pea protein

Turmeric

Black pepper

12pm: lunch is fairly lite since I don’t want to be bogged down I stick to a salad and or sandwich of tahini and peanut butter and banana.

5pm: some Buddha with a lentil or wild rice base mixed greens and vegetables with black beans or chickpeas.

Night time snack of apples and peanut butter.

Honestly I wish I could say that’s everything I have in a day, but here’s the thing #cheatdayeveryday. When you work in environment where you are constantly surrounded by food and it’s part of your career things happen. Though I am not opposed to see what others do when they are around temptation everyday from that dreaded donut box in the office to serving pastries.
